Check these idiots out! Police in Carroll, Iowa, caught two of the dumbest criminals ever to walk the earth. These two idiots were planning to burglarize an apartment complex. In a not so smooth attempt at disguising their identities, the two brainiacs drew on their faces with permanent markers. They made Magic Marker masks. Not sure how they planned to remove them after the crime.
