General Rules:
All shows go on, rain or shine.
No tailgating.
Consuming food or beverages in the parking lot is prohibited.
Will Call:
Will call is available 90 minutes before the event starts at the Sleep Train Pavilion Box Office. The box office phone number is: 925-363-5701 or 925-67-MUSIC.
Parking:
Please note that the parking lots generally open 1.5 hours before the event.
Premier Parking costs $40.00.
RV/Bus/Limo Parking costs $80.00.
For Premier Parking, enter through Gate B (second entrance off Kirker Road) and follow signs to Premier Parking. To avoid traffic congestion, please carpool and arrive early.
Public Transportation:
From BART:
-Take BART to the Concord Station.
-Take Bauer Transport bus to the Pavilion.
-There is a $5 round trip fee.
-Buses begin running 1.5 hours before paid admission concerts up to show time.
-Buses start returning to BART within 20 minutes after the concert.
-Last bus leaves about 30 minutes after the concert.

What You *Cannot* Bring into the Venue:
Alcoholic beverages.
Cans or glass bottles, unsealed containers and thermoses (non-alcoholic beverages must be in factory sealed plastic container).
Large ice chests (coolers must be small enough to fit inside 12.5 inch circle.
Weapons of any kind.
Radios or TVs.
Laser pointers.
Barbecues and hibachis.
Lawn chairs more than 9 inches off the ground, furniture or bean bag chairs.
Footballs, softballs, frisbees or any game balls.
Skates or skateboards.
Animals (with the exception of seeing-eye dogs or service animals).
